Apple Schnaps

  • Delicious cocktail enjoyed cold or warm.

    Martini:
    1 oz. Apple Schnaps
    2 oz. Apple Juice
    1.5 oz. Maple Syrup
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon

    In a shaker glass, add all ingredients. Shake and fine strain into a sugar rimmed martini glass.

    Serve warm by heating apple juice, a cinnamon stick, and maple syrup. Add Schnaps when ready to serve.

  • 1 oz. Apple Schnaps
    3/4 oz. Honey Liqueur
    1/2 oz. Cherry Liqueur
    3/4 oz. Fresh lemon juice
    3 oz. Soda Water
    1 Basil leaf

    Tear basil leaf and place in shaker. Add all other ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into highball glass and top with soda water.

Anise

  • 1 oz. Anise
    3 oz. Gingerale
    Star Anise

    Build over ice and garnish with star anise.

Aquavit

  • 1 oz. Aquavit
    5 oz. Clamato Juice
    Spicy bean, lime, dulse salt (rim salt), Worcestershire sauce, tabasco, olives, celery.

    In a dulse salt rimmed glass filled with ice, add all liquid ingredients and season with Worcestershire sauce, tabasco, salt and pepper.

Brother Herble

  • 1 oz. Brother Herble
    1.5 oz. Lemonade
    2 oz. Steeped King Cole tea
    Lemon slice

    In a shaker glass full of ice, add all liquids and shake. Strain over fresh ice in a rock glass. Garnish with lemon slice.

  • 2 oz. Brother Herble
    3 oz. Fresh lime juice
    1 oz. Simple syrup

    Blend ingredients with ice. Serve in a glass, rimmed with equal parts sugar and lime zest

  • 1 oz. Maple Dream
    1/2 oz. Raspberry Liqueur
    1/4 oz Brother Herble
    Ginger

    Take two thin slices of fresh ginger and muddle in the bottom of a rocks glass. Add ice to glass, then Maple dream, Raspberry liqueur, and herble. Top with soda water (or ginger beer for a real kick)

  • Add Brother Herble to your cup of tea!

Brandy

  • 2 oz. Brandy
    1/2 oz Simple Syrup
    Fresh Nutmeg

    (optional) float of fruit liqueur eg: Blue Hill

    Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice, pour simple syrup over ice, then brandy. Garnish with nutmeg and float (if using). Depending on fruit, it can be nice to add fresh mint.

  • 1 1/2 oz Brandy
    1 oz. Grand Marnier
    3/4 oz. Lime juice

    Use a lime wedge to rim a cocktail glass with 50/50 sugar and salt. Combine all liquid, and the used lime in a cocktail shaker with ice and give it a long shake (15 seconds). Double strain into glass (single strain if you want something closer to a frozen margarita).

  • 1 oz. Brandy
    1 oz. Blue Hill
    3 oz. Blueberry Juice
    2 oz. Ginger Beer
    Blueberries and Lime

    Build over ice . Garnish with lime slice and blueberries.

Blue Hill

  • 1oz. Blue Hill liqueur
    1/2 lime, cut into quarters
    Fresh Blueberries
    8 Mint leaves

    Muddle ingredients in a lowball glass

    Add Ice and top with 3 oz. Sparkling water

  • 1 oz. Brandy
    1 oz. Blue Hill
    3 oz. Blueberry Juice
    2 oz. Ginger Beer
    Blueberries and Lime

    Build over ice . Garnish with lime slice and blueberries.

  • 1 oz Blue Hill Liqueur

    1 oz Vodka

    2 oz Blueberry Juice

    1 oz Ginger Ale

    Blueberries & Lime

    In a shaker glass add alcohol and blueberry juice. Shake & strain over ice in a highball glass topped with ginger ale. Garnish with blueberries and lime slice.

Juniper

  • 1 oz. Juniper
    3 oz. Tonic Water

    Build over ice. Garnish with lemon slice.

Cherry Liqueur

  • 1 oz. Apple Schnaps
    3/4 oz. Honey Liqueur

    3/4 oz. Fresh lemon juice

Kirsch

  • 3/4 oz Kirsch
    3/4 oz Poire
    1 tsp Cherry Juice
    2 oz Pineapple Juice
    2 oz Cranberry Juice
    2 oz 7Up
    Cherry & Orange

    In a shaker glass add all liquid ingredients, except 7up. Shake and strain into a hurricane or tall highball glass over fresh ice and top with 7up. Garnish with cherry and lemon slice.

    (Obstler makes a great substitute to replace the Kirsch and Poire.)

  • 1 oz. Kirsch
    2oz. Lemonade
    1 1/2 oz. Cherry Juice
    Lemon and Cherry

    Build over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with lemon twist and cherry.

  • 1 oz. Kirsch
    1 oz. Chocolate syrup
    2 oz. Milk or Cream
    Cherry

    In a shaker glass add all ingredients, ice and shake. Strain into a rock glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a cherry,

  • 3/4 oz. Kirsch
    3/4 oz. Creme de Cacao, dark
    1/2 oz Cherry Juice
    Cherry

    In a shaker glass, add all liquid ingredients and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with cherry.

Framboise

  • 1 oz. Framboise
    3 oz. Lemonade
    2 oz. 7Up
    1 tsp. sugar, 6 raspberries, lemon slice

    In a highball glass, muddle sugar, raspberries, and Framboise. Add ice and top with lemonade and 7Up. Garnish with lemon slice and raspberries.

Mocca Gino

  • A little candy cane twist on the classic White Russian using our Mocca Gino, whipped cream and Candy Canes!

    2oz Mocca Gino, coffee liqueur 1oz Vodka

    Build over ice. Top off the glass with milk, give it a stir, top with desired amount of whipping cream, garnish with crushed candy canes.

  • 1 oz. vodka
    1 1/2 oz. Mocca Gino
    1 oz. espresso (or cold brew)
    1/2 oz simple syrup.
    Coffee Beans

    In a shaker filled with ice add all liquid ingredients. Shake very hard so foam is formed. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with coffee beans.

  • 1 1/2 oz. Mocca Gino
    1/2 oz. Maple Syrup or Simple Syrup
    Vanilla Ice Cream
    Chilled Coffee
    Chocolate Wafer
    Chocolate Sprinkles

    In a high ball glass, add 2- 3 scoops of ice cream, add Mocca Gino, maple syrup. Top with chilled coffee. Garnish with chocolate wafer and sprinkles.

  • Mocca Gino makes a great addition to your cup of coffee or hot chocolate. Add (to taste) Mocca Gino to whipped cream and top your dessert or drink with the delicious boozy whipped cream.

Obstler

  • 1 1/2 oz. Obstler
    1 tsp Cherry Juice
    2 oz Pineapple Juice
    2 oz Cranberry Juice
    2 oz 7Up
    Cherry & Orange

    In a shaker glass add all liquid ingredients, except 7up. Shake and strain into a hurricane or tall highball glass over fresh ice and top with 7up. Garnish with cherry and lemon slice.

Poire

Maple

  • 1 oz. Poire
    2 oz Orange Juice
    2 oz 7Up
    Orange

    Build over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with orange slice.

  • 3/4 oz Kirsch
    3/4 oz Poire
    1 tsp Cherry Juice
    2 oz Pineapple Juice
    2 oz Cranberry Juice
    2 oz 7Up
    Cherry & Orange

    In a shaker glass add all liquid ingredients, except 7up. Shake and strain into a hurricane or tall highball glass over fresh ice and top with 7up. Garnish with cherry and lemon slice

    A substitute for the Kirsch and Poire is our OBSTLER, fruit schnaps! Great for parties

  • 1 oz. Maple Liqueur (30%ABV)
    3 oz. Lemonade
    2 oz. Steeped King Cole tea
    Lemon Slice

    In a shaker glass full of ice, add all liquids and shake. Strain over fresh ice in a rock glass. Garnish with lemon slice.

  • 1 oz. Maple Dream (23%ABV) 1/2 oz. Raspberry Liqueur
    1/4 oz Brother Herble
    Ginger

    Take two thin slices of fresh ginger and muddle in the bottom of a rocks glass. Add ice to glass, then Maple dream, Raspberry liqueur, and herble. Top with soda water (or ginger beer for a real kick)


  • adding an oz. of Maple Liqueur makes a great addition to your cup of coffee or hot chocolate! Add Maple Dream or Maple Liqueur to a batch of whipped cream and top your dessert or drink with delicious boozy whipped cream.

Raspberry Liqueur

  • 1 oz. Maple Dream
    1/2 oz. Raspberry Liqueur
    1/4 oz Brother Herble
    Ginger

    Take two thin slices of fresh ginger and muddle in the bottom of a rocks glass. Add ice to glass, then Maple dream, Raspberry liqueur, and herble. Top with soda water (or ginger beer for a real kick)

Glühwein

  • 375ml Water or Orange Juice
    1 Cinnamon Stick
    5 Cloves
    1 Star Anise
    Lemon Wedge
    • Bring these first four ingredients to a boil. Let boil for 5 minutes.
    • Add 60g Sugar & dissolve.
    • Add 750ml dry red wine and warm DO NOT LET IT BOIL.
    • Remove cinnamon, spices and lemon.
    • Add more sugar if not sweet enough
    . • Serve warm.
    • Add an optional 1 oz. of Brandy to your mug when serving
